Right of withdrawal
This is a translation. If they differ, the German version applies.
Note (internal, remove before going live): This information on the right of withdrawal comes from studyquick.io (Webflow). It refers to “our app”, free/paid app versions and purchases in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (section 6). In addition, clause 9(2) of the terms and conditions provides for a voluntary 2-week right of cancellation, whereas here the right of withdrawal expires upon activation. Have it legally reviewed and adapted to the current product before going live.

1. Right of withdrawal
Insofar as you use our products as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract concluded between us as follows:

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with us within 14 days of the day on which the contract was concluded, without giving any reason. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

4. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from the contract. We shall carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Special information on the expiry of your right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires and the contract cannot be withdrawn from if you use a free version of our app and we have already activated it for you.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal for paid digital services
If you use a paid version of our app, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have activated the paid features for you, after you have given us your express consent for us to begin performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period and have at the same time acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

6. Withdrawal in app stores
If you have booked our services via app or in-app purchases in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, the rules of Apple and/or Google may apply in derogation from the preceding withdrawal provisions.
